Our Office Policy
Fully remote? Fully in-office? Or somewhere in between?
eLocal is a proudly virtual-first work environment. While we believe there is value in bringing people together IRL to collaborate and build relationships, we don't believe in pushing our employees back into an office and have no intention of doing so. In reflection of the new work reality, eLocal downsized its office, moving to a more fluid and adaptable space. We have an office in Conshohocken, PA where employees can and do regularly come in for work and company events, while other employees are 100% remote, and still others are somewhere in between, coming and going to the office at their leisure. We don't expect to fill desks regularly, but we've created and maintain an environment that makes people want to come together for collaboration and bonding
