The pros and cons that I always consider when I look at a new advertising medium are expected ROI, ease of use, attentive customer service, and history of performance with other companies. I liked eLocal because I desperately needed to increase my online advertising AND eLocal came with NO contract. On average I can count 1 or 2 qualified calls a day. If they're not qualified, the credit process is completely painless. eLocal fits very well. Well worth the few dollars more per lead.

I own Mr. Appliance of Greensboro, and being seen online is vital for our success. It was easy to get started, there was no contract, and was a very reasonable amount to risk to at least give it a try. I actually started seeing results within the first week. In the past I have used other services and I have been disappointed. These other companies generate a lot of leads, but very few are quality. eLocal on the other hand has generated many quality leads and I have been able to book the majority of them. Additionally, it has been very easy to get credited for leads that were wrong numbers, callers calling for services we do not offer, etc. eLocal has delivered on their promises, and I highly recommend them!

One of our concerns while starting out with eLocal was paying a lot per call and not getting enough out of it or getting stuff that was invalid but starting out the service was great and most of the leads were indeed valid. Our favorite part of working with eLocal is the leads aren't shared and you get to speak with the customer directly. We would definitely recommend to other contractors
