eLocal does a great job bringing tangible calls that work for my business. The calls come in quickly and if they're any issues it is very easy to reach out to customer success and get help. The idea that got me to sign up was paying only for valid calls that I can count. Other marketing companies will give you vague advertisements and it's hard to know what works and what doesn't. eLocal is ahead of the game when it comes to receiving calls and it gives a lot of control options to business owners. My biggest fear was throwing away money per call out and not knowing if the program worked. I was worried there would be phony or bad calls, now I love eLocal! I like the online dashboard and Lois and the customer care staff have been excellent! I can always talk to a real person. Almost makes me happy to spend my money. Bad calls slip through sometimes, but you guys are quick to correct it and credit money back to my account. My account rep, Lois and all the people there are my favorite part of doing business with eLocal. I also like that you have full control of your account, you can put a limit on the calls and control your spending, pause your service easily if something comes up and you need to time off. With competitors, they don't care! You must pay them whether you're making money or not. I have recommended eLocal to several other business owners because it's ran professionally, they are courteous and on top of their game. eLocal finds customers that never would have found me before and keeps me busy. With competitors you are paying per click, or impression and you don't even know what you’re getting.

eLocal is a highly effective source of leads and provides outstanding customer service. We only pay for qualified leads and Tom, our rep, is knowledgeable and responsive. Overall, the program has turned out very well.
