Providence offers a professionally-supervised exercise and education program for patients who have had or suffered a heart attack, coronary bypass surgery, angioplasty, coronary stent, valve surgery, stable angina, heart transplant or heart-lung transplant. A referral from the patient's primary physician is required to participate.
